MARTECH17 - An NP Dodge Technology Event
Omaha, Nebraska - October 17, 2017 - NP Dodge MARTECH17 was held Tuesday, October 17, at Mammel Hall on the UNO Pacific Street Campus. Over 300 NP Dodge agents and other division sales associates attended the educational one-day event at no cost to them. Eleven speakers from around the United States were invited to conduct keynote and breakout sessions about the latest advancements in marketing and technology. All one hour sessions were approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission as Broker Approved Training credits for the REALTORS®.
Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales, said, “NP Dodge Real Estate is the only local broker to offer a conference of this magnitude. We value our REALTORS®, encouraging them to build their business and better assist their buyers and sellers.”
The day kicked off with a continental breakfast and a special welcome from Nate Dodge, President of NP Dodge Company and Mike Riedmann. MARTECH17 offered a wide range of accomplished speakers. The keynote speaker Clara Capano, Ninja Selling and President, Capano Consulting. Ms. Capano focused on how to identify habits that can deliver value to clients and become a trusted advisor. The afternoon was kicked off with keynote speaker Chad Curry, Managing Director, National Association of REALTORS® Center for REALTOR® Technology. He presented live from his office in Chicago. Mr. Curry’s presentation was titled “Under All Is The Land: Emerging Technologies and Their Impact on Real Estate”.
