NP Dodge Breaks Ground on 204Dodge Sales Office

Omaha, Nebraska – NP Dodge Real Estate broke ground Wednesday for their new sales office, 204Dodge, which most notably will be built near the first piece of ground acquired by the N.P. Dodge family in the 1800’s. A brief ceremony marked the coming of their newest technologically advanced sales office with N.P. ?Sandy? Dodge IV, President of NP Dodge Company and N.P. ‘Nate’ Dodge V, Executive Vice President of NP Dodge Company in attendance. A celebratory reception was held at Sempeck’s Entertainment Center, where area businesses, NP Dodge management, sales associates and staff were able to view the plans and renderings of the new office.

204Dodge will be located at 613 N 204 Avenue, Omaha—northwest of 204th and the W. Dodge Expressway. The new location provides many attributes including proximity, accessibility and a third Dodge street sales office for NP Dodge.

The new 11,800 sq. ft. office will serve all area home buyers and sellers and be home to more than 95 REALTORS^®. 204Dodge is scheduled to be complete in December 2013. Some of the features will include charging stations and USB station outlets for a totally wireless office and a clear story for open space and natural light. The newest Dodge office will also include an in-house First National Bank loan officer, an NP Dodge Title Services representative and Builder Services division.

The architect for the project is The Architectural Offices. Carlson Kennedy Construction is the builder.
